With a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Laval, and as a Member of the Québec Bar and an associate of Étude Lambert Therrien Bordeleau Soucy s.e.n.c., Me. Pierre Soucy concentrates professionally on the practice of labour, health and safety law; and as a senior lecturer of labour law at the University of Québec in Trois-Rivières.

Well-versed in the laws and regulations relating to health and safety, Me. Pierre Soucy serves as legal advisor for SL&B.  The adoption of Bill C 21 on reasonable diligence management in terms of health and safety remains to be a major cause of interrogation within industry.

Pierre Soucy has the experience necessary to support SL&B clients in their decision-making and assist them in fully assuming responsibility toward the members of their personnel.
